The city really needs to start fining these contractors. This happens every time it's windy

Really people the contractors can't control the weather. Come on. Make your complaint to God. Because he's the only one who can control these winds. Besides we live in the desert. There's always dust storms. Get over it and quit reporting stupid things. Our firemen and police have better things to do.

First of all, these complaints do not get forwarded to either the firemen or the police. This is an environmental health issue. Construction sites are responsible for keeping blowing dust to a minimum. It's easy enough for the foreman to check weather forecasts and schedule the water trucks for days that are expected to be windy
