M C assigned this issue to Chicopee Police Department

This is not a non-motorized vehicle, so it does not fall under that parking ordinance. This resident has a permit for the on street dumpster that was issued by the DPW. It is valid until May 13th.

Thank you for the update. Should the permit be posted on the dumpster like the donation bins?
