Who is respsonsible to mow around the sidewalk infront of the Applebees on HWY 100? The trees have overgrown the sidewalk you have to duck and most of the weeds are covering it. Just off the part of the sidewalk was mowed but the sidewalk is not. It is like walking through a field of tall weeds. Last year it was kept down pretty good now its not been mowed in a very long time.
