A storage shed area for Brown Ridge Apartments on Jane Lane backs up to my property on in a separate subdivision. The apartment complex dumps unwanted trash and furniture behind the storage unit including but not limited to a toilet, a mattress, a chair, and various pieces of plastic, pipes, boxes etc. Today when I came home, they had placed a large commercial dumpster within 10 feet of my property line and filled it with old furniture and trash. As well as littered other various pieces of furniture and trash as far as 20 ft away from the dumpster. It's disgusting and negatively effecting my property value.
