There is a tree in a public park that is overgrown over the sidewalk to the point that the sidewalk is impassable (without almost crawling underneath). It forces pedestrians into the street.
As a side item, in the same place, over the creek there is a fence where some maintenance could be done while a crew is there - vines and plants growing through the fence.
