There are two schools on Hwy 99 that serve rural M'Boro - There is traffic coming from both sides on Veterans that need to go towards Rockvale - Traffic on Hwy 99 does not have to stop - I have waited at the stop sign upwards of 5 minutes trying to turn left to get to school - dangerous driving through there with school children in the car
