There are two small dogs that bark constantly while outside and can be heard for blocks away. The owner has been repeatedly asked nicely to keep his dogs quiet. It is driving all neighbors crazy for blocks around. Owner is destroying quality of life in one of Albany's few remaining stable neighborhoods. Please take these kind of violations seriously and help us preserve the quality of life in this fine neighborhood and the Albany City tax base. Issue this irresponsible man a ticket for not controlling his obnoxious and annoying dogs. Thank You.
