Road crew was here, they put hot patch in the potholes reported on another request, but did not address the driveway apron or the deteriorating edge of the road which is causing a serious erosion issue.

Any updates? If you aren't going to fix my damaged driveway and deteriorated edge of the road. I would like to know so that I can hire someone to fix the driveway apron and the edge of the road to prevent this from happening again.

Looks like I’ll be getting a contractor to repair this and the edge of the road. Very disappointed in you for not taking responsibility for the poor road design (no curb) and plow damage

So I’m guessing that you’re still not going to address this before winter. I guess I’ll try again next spring.

Private contractor advised me that they could not repair the edge of the road because it is the town responsiblity. I opted not to repair the driveway apron as the private contractor advised that the poor road condition and erosion would cause it to fail again. Very disappointed in the town. The road itself is falling apart. As well. Hopefully when we finally get a replace they will add curbs to prevent this in the future.
