A few weeks ago the power went out in this location, due to a lightning storm. After that, it went to flashing.

Ever since then, during the nighttime hours, the light is RED for the east-west direction, even when there are NO VEHICLES headed southbound. It never used to be like that.

Vehicles traveling in the east-west direction always used to have a GREEN LIGHT when there were no other vehicles at the intersection.

This traffic light needs to be reprogrammed so that vehicles traveling east-west do no have to stop needlessly, and waste gas.
