Description
Car in the N-bound bike lane outside of 3100 Mandela Pkwy. There are multiple open parking spots on the same block, no excuse. There are cars parked here constantly, and I just passed two more in the bike lane south of here, again with open curbside parking spots within 100 feet. Please enforce and help keep the bike lanes clear for bikes.
