Public Workers Causing Traffic Issues- The trash collecters from public works were blocking Grand Avenue near Lloyd Street at 7:45am. Three (3) workers were collecting from both sides of the street causing traffic to back up. This is a safety issue thats needs to be attended to. It seems that they put others at risk, and inconvenience the public, just to get their shift over quicker yet still get paid for a full day.
