I concur with this report and wish to add that the disturbance described is a frequent occurance; I often hear the work when it is being performed in the garage on Duncan Street. While I did not track the exact dates, I recall hearing the noise at least 2 or 3 nights in the past week and often prior to that.

In addition, the semi-truck that delivers to Starbucks almost nightly and parks on Duncan Street makes a great deal of noise. It sounds like the driver leaves the engine running for the duration of the delivery which can take up to an hour. Perhaps the truck could park on the North Main Street side of Starbucks so the noise is buffered from residences along Broadway.
