I think the issue is that the original report doesn't have the make and model and stuff in it. They've written that they do not look at these comments. It can take months of this to get them to respond going this route. It doesn't make much sense that they don't respond in the comments if they're including this as part of the service.

I suggest that if you want to get them to address this that you either call in to 311 or resubmit the issue filling in all the subsequent information.
