Opis

For the past several months there has been a barricade placed over a manhole that is sinking. It has gotten so bad that there are now "shrubs" growing out of it. I have mentioned it to the street department & they have spoken with the water department about it. I have been told that they are "trying to get to it". In the meantime, it makes it very difficult to navigate around it when turning off of Castle St.
