A complaint was made on my family house about tree limbs and debris in the alley, even harassing my mother cause she bought the lot next to her home and don’t want them parking there. When I go to take pictures of my family property look neighbors who been harassing my family is worst, she made sure we new she called, but her yard looked worst I pictures and videos to prove. I Want to no the protocol of complaints, what do the observe when investigating a complaint. I can’t understand how the city came out and did not ticket everyone with brush and debris in the same areas. To have to call the city back out seem like a waist of tax dollars, why are not these areas not warned or tagged when investigation is done. I will be escalating this issue to the mayors office office as well, cause no resident should be able to use the city in personal grievances. I work in legal myself and will not allow anyone to use the city and any other organizations to harass my 70 yr old mother. I would like to speak with a supervisor about policy, procedures and operations of the environment department. Please and Thank You!
