Town of Windsor Health dept took noise samples in my yard on Colonial Dr. coming from the TDL Co. and the decibel levels exceeded the maximum allowance to cause hearing damage 25 times in the short amount of time they were here. Still nothing is done about it. I also talked to the plant manager he told me it was too expensive to put up a sound barrier. So, the Health of the residents on Colonial Dr. are expendable for the profit of TDL Co.

Windsor probably won't do anything about this...they spent 3.5 Million dollars to TRY to stop the Train Noise behind the Town Hall for the Expensive Condo's and Luxury Apartment's but that did not work, this was out of our Tax payer's Moola. The Town Council agreed to this, among other thing's...You need to go to a Town meeting with a tape of the Noise that you hear...let them hear the Noise playing and Trink's and Souza will throw you out, force you to leave, call the cops and tell you that U R Never allowed to attend a meeting Again!

So far today 3 hours and 20 minutes TDL co. still polluting area with health damaging noise. Now I must leave my house or wear hearing protection while I do daily tasks.

You are Welcome Mary...Good Luck, I wish you well. If you have any pet's, they have sensitive hearing, they hear noise at least 150% better than humans.

Even on Saturday the noise continues. It does take a toll on our animals; I feel bad for all of us because I can't do anything to help them.

Mary, you were told to call the Code Inspector, If he works for the Town of Windsor, he is probably Not licensed! Like in my case, I was told Ruzzo was Licensed and Properly trained, but after living thru all of this Illegal permit damage, I was told he was only an Assistant who was being improperly trained.

Agin 10:00am TDL co screaming for 3 hours so far. Town of Windsor ignoring this complaint. They will tell you one thing and do another. I was told they would come out and take more readings but haven't seen them since. I guess they are hoping I will just shut up and move or just Die because I'm a senior citizen. Or maybe go insane from the noise torture.

Sept 1 2022 The noise from TDL company still continues to damage our hearing with the noise from 8:00am til 8:00pm. To save my Family from anymore damage we are FOURCED by the town of Windsor to evacuate our home. God help the residents of Windsor this town does nothing except collect your taxes.

Mary, The Town won't do anything about the noise unless the noise bothers Mayor Trink's or it effects his Bart's restaurant/Hotdog stand and stops the customers from coming because the noise is to loud for the children to get their free ice cream while the parents have to pay for theirs.

You are 100% correct Shelley. Corruption is everywhere in government why would it be different in Windsor?

3/25 saturday TDL co. still polluting the area with noise at 7 AM. We work all week come home to rest on the weekends but not in this neighborhood, Why can't we get any help from the Town of Windsor????
