Thank you for this report - can you provide a little extra info about the security light: is it attached to the facility, or is it freestanding, like a street light on a wooden pole? If it's freestanding, it may be maintained by Duke Energy and could be reported to them to repair. If it's part of the building, then it's likely the property owner would need to initiate a repair.
