i travel the spped limit, i came upon a pedestrain that was jogging across the road at the crosswalk...OMG...i almost flattened him. i wondered why it almost happened, i pondered for a while and later I figured it out after i traveled that way again...this time of the year the sun is in your eyes at sunset and the bush obscures the walker from the traffic and the traffic from the walker... so thank God i missed and I hope the park guys trim the bush better for visibility...if it was a bicycle they might have been flatened....to the jogger i missed sorry it was just circumstances and not intentional. to the Park...FIX IT!
