Concerned citizen phoned and stated that the grass has overgrown again and their are hedges and trees that are also obstructing safety visibility for citizens when walking. They are not able to tell if someone could be behind there causing potential safety issue. Please come as soon as possible. No one is living at the house at this time. Therefore, could present a problem for vagrants and vandalism to happen in what appears to be an abandoned house. They do not feel safe during the daytime and will not go out at night.
