Description
The pond on the southern edge of Bryan Park is significantly drained and stagnant. The fountain has not run at all this spring or summer and has filled with weeds. There is a stench of raw sewage that surrounds the area of the pond. This pond alone could produce enough mosquitoes to plague all of Bellevue, Ginter Park and Battery Park. It is a shame that such a beautiful water feature has been neglected, and considering continued public access to the park, it should be kept in good working order.
