Description
3rd request, the storm water drain at the intersection of MacArthur and Greycourt, on MacArther, on the West side of MacArthur, is completely clogged with dirt/soil. Grass is growing in the soil now. I reported this two times previously when it was just leaves. The leaves have no decomposed to soil. Water was completely blocked from draining during yesterdays rain storm.
