Description

Something has to be done about the groups (at times more than 20) bikers going down Success Ave doing wheelies, speeding, ignoring stop sign and other motorists! They are dangerous to the other motorists and pedestrians as well as annoying. It is only spring and they are going down Success Ave. in groups especially on the weekends.
