Owner has been asked to install additional measures along the right of way, 3 lots under an approved permit, trees have been saved per code requirements along the rear of each lot will continue to monitor site.

Today one can see an almost invisible string of plastic reflectors stuck in the ground. Wholly inadequate for the level of danger to public safety. Drop-off is within the City ROW, thus, if injury, the City is on notice. Requires immediate attention.

Putting in an orange plastic fence and some fill does NOT constitute public safety. The fencing would not stop a bicycle let alone a car. The street remains very narrow at a blind curve and dangerous.
