Parked across the street is a White Infinity FX35 Suv Car has been abandoned over a month The front driver door has been unlocked open for months Car plates has no expiration year Also back tire is flat Please come tow it away We have noticed random tow trucks dropping off random cars on Carolina st around on the outside property of the Carolina Heights Apartments The people are stripping the cars for parts and leaving them here This car is not drivable Also there is several abandoned cars on the same street
