Any movement on this? It would go to aiding the speeding issues created by people cutting thru the neighborhood.

This is a T-type intersection with a nub on the opposite side. This is a low volume intersection and does not meet the criteria of 150 vehicles per hour, for an eight hour period. Sight distance measurements show excellent sight distance, Accident history shows this location has an excellent safety record. Based on these findings, we do not recommend an all way stop at this location. If motorists are running the stop sign, Metro Police Department will need to enforce this violation.

Sometimes the rules should be modified - when was the last time you surveyed this intersection? In the morning rush hours it is as busy as Nolensville road, in the evening rush is the same. Also visibility is not good at all, I think you are talking from an office downtown without seeing the place at all. The excellent safety record - bad accident yesterday and many avoided everyday because of defensive drivers. You do not recommend all way stop there but the people living here need it - someone is gonna get hurt because you do not recommend!
