Description

Common area is muddy and water is overflowing. Sprinkler in the common area is busted causing grass to lift and mud to build up. Very slippery and dangerous. Needs to be fixed right away!

In front if 1462 Vallejo Mills St, issues should still be open, I hope because it still hasn't fixed. I still see a lot of water and grass looks so soaked and muddy.

To the City: yes, after talking to the originator of the trouble call, it is HOA lawn sprinkler piping and not city. Problem is plumber said it's HOA who has to repair but HOA says it's her line. She is having problem with HOA big time!!!!!!!!!

Please contact the Hillsborough at Otay Ranch Home Owners Association (HOA) Senior Manager Richard Ford at (858) 657-2164. Advise him of the on going sprinkler/water issue.

Originator has sent message to Richard Fird and not reply from him . She's having bug time problem getting DIANA MCNABB (Associate Community Manager) to understand it's HOA who needs to fix their piping

I'm really not trying to cause problems. I'm trying to have the issued resolved. We are not understanding how an area maintained by the HOA would be the responsibility. The leak is not coming from the homeowner water line as stated from a plumber who inspected. HOA states it's an irrigation pipe that is the homeowner responsibility. Just trying to understand how an irrigation pipe for the sprinklers in that area is the homeowner responsibility. Can anyone clarify and explain please?
