IMPROVED PARK LIGHTING: Please install better lighting around Oak Glen Park. The dimly lit park entrance and walkway (between Richmond Blvd. northbound and southbound) make it unsafe to pass through when dark. Furthermore, the low lighting has attracted an increasing number of homeless campers as of late, thus exacerbating the public defecation/urination issues on and around the entrances, walkways, and stairs.
