Description

the residents of this 3 family house have dogs that they walk to the intersection of Harwich st and Grandview Terrace to poop on the sidewalk and the grass and they do not pick-up . this is nasty and unhealthy for residents and children plus its a violation of city ordinance.. please help .. thank you
