The signal work at Hwy 70 and Percy Warner Blvd in Bellevue is to install pedestrian signals associated with the Music City Bikeway which is currently under construction. Another set of signals will be installed at Hwy 100 and Vaughn's Gap Road for this same bikeway project. These signals will provide a protected crossing for pedestrians and cyclists crossing Hwy 70S, and will remain green on Hwy 70 at all other times.
