This is a 1200 square-foot, three-bedroom home that is owner-occupied buy a couple. Since they purchased it in 2016, they have had continuous construction without permits adding bedrooms to accommodate multiple borders/renters in the home. The construction continues with no permits displayed. Occupants exceed the number of legal bedrooms on file and from the attached file you can see this create parking issues. There have been ongoing complaint to the city regarding this with no resolution. Will this be addressed or has is the zoning in the neighborhood been changed to allow for rental property.
