Description
The left turn arrows from Fourth onto M SW are on the left side of the intersection -- on different poles from the lights for drivers going straight or right. The result: Drivers don't see the left turn, and invariably those behind them honk until they get their attention. Why can't the left turn arrows be on the same poles as the other lights? The slight curve of 4th through the intersection compounds the problem. This would seem to be a simple solution that would reduce neighborhood noise.
