Will dispatch to field office and put on hot mix repair list.

This pothole has been report 3 month ago and have not thing done and it getting worst, please come and fix too loud and noise when cars pass.

Water box cover missing. Notified Water Dept.

Randolph Town DPW needs to do better than just put the cover back in. The pothole bigger than the cap, it very dangerous for pedestrian walk near when fast car driver by pop-up cover again at middle of the road, there is a report nearly accident and Police stop by few time to bring back cover. I did report 2/22/2022 when the pot hole was smaller, still now have not resolve an issues.
