This is a safety issue and was previously reported on Click Fix Item 15681810 on 11/30/2023.
When is the DPW going to cut these trees down ?

Town Clerk's Office assigned this issue to Conservation agent

They did cut some trees down- The Conservation agent has reached out to DPW again.

Any updates?

It is on the DPW's list to take care of -

Any idea when this will be fixed?

To Conservation Agent: The DPW had some damaged trees taken down Saturday by a tree service on the other side of Grove St., Not sure why they did 'nt do the ones along the boardwalk at the same time!

This is a Safety Issue for anybody using the Boardwalk ! This should be a Priority !
There are many dead trees close to it, a strong wind could knock down any of them and hurt or kill somebody.
Look at the picture.
If it is not a priority to the town, then block the entrances until the work can be done!

The conservation is currently working with DPW to fix the issue as best possible.

The conservation commission is waiting for the DPW to fix the issue. It is on the list to fix.

Updates? Though fixing this spot might be a waste of money because of the other dead trees looming over the rest of this boardwalk .
