Description
This house is long unoccupied, owned by the residents to the left The unkempt lot is now emitting an odor of something dead and decaying, Racoons are living in the huge untrimmed trees. One of the huge trees (the oak) encroaches significantly on the neighbors at 515/511 Highland St N. There is also a trailer in front of 523 Highland St. N that is half on the street half on the tree lawn that never moves. The lot of 523 Highland St N is like a jungle and is attracting vermin (i.e. racoons and rats). It seems that there is a vagrant living in the building behind the house that is accessed through the alley. The owners are not taking any action or responsibility for the dilapidated unkempt building and lot they own next to their house they reside in. This has to be investigated and some remedy made because it has reached such an unacceptable level as to be making life proximal to it unbearable and frankly dangerous with the encroaching trees, vermin and now decaying animal carcass.
