This is a true story. I personally grew up VERY nearby and understand this report of speeding on island park drive clearly. I was once a child playing on that same street and understand what is being commented on.

I speed through here all the time and try to hit the little brats. I ran over a foot once but she dodged me just in time to avoid a full-on "accident". Keep your kids in the house or on leashes.
