Today is August 5th 2014 ( 20 days after this report ) and the CARS ARE STILL parked on the sidewalk . I thought the TRAFFIC SGT FOR TRAFFIC Safety was notified ?

The PHOTO attached to this issue is incorrect. I do not know how to delete it and attach the correct one. Any help on this ? AND "WHY " HASN'T THIS ISSUE BEEN DEALT WITH ??

This BUSINESS is in violation of Chapter 323 of the CITY code , The appropriate City Department should investigate this.

After all this time and the CITY Officials are not doing something to correct this situation !
SHAME on them for not caring about those that have to step into the street in TRAFFIC to PASS this BUSINESS ..

Someone should set up a standard for this kind of thing but then someone should set up another standard to ensure that first standard. That way theres two standards... You know, like a double standard.

I am told this is a POLICE issue. I have called he POLICE -438-4000 several times and the CARS are still parked on the sidewalk . ! can not understand why the cars are still there IF the POLICE have visited MB MOTORS about this violation !.

I GUESS AT THIS POINT WITH NO RESOLUTION I HAVE TO GO TO THE TIMES UNION AND SEE IF " MR. CHURCHILL " CAN HELP !!

Sent letter to Mr. Churchill at the Times Union and did not receive a response. I do not know why.
Pedestrians still can not pass this business unless they go into the street. I guess nothing will be done until someone gets hurt or killed . You would think that the OWNER of this business would care more
and pull the cars back so passing on the walkway would be possible. I can not imagine WHY the owner is reluctant to do this for the safety of the public . Can anyone reading this have an idea how to resolve this dilemma ?

We are now able to pass " ON THE SIDEWALK " . The CARS have been pulled back allowing this. Thank you to whomever it was that made this possible, It has been over 1000 days from the start to now.
