We have two trees in front of our home. One has been dead for over a year and has been replaced at least 4 times over the years. The other is a nuisance. The roots are above ground, preventing anything from growing on the parkway, which is all dirt at this point. The sap and acorns drop on cars, causing paint damage and it is prickly and will poke your eye out if allowed to grow over the sidewalk We are tired of trimming it to prevent injuries to pedestrians and we would like both of them removed before we begin a planned landscape overhaul on our front yard.
