Description
This house let's their dog bark unattended for hours. Today it barked constantly from 3am to 6am straight. The barking is an everday thing at least for 30 mins straight each time multiple times a day. I can record a video if necessary to show the situation everyone on Cleveland, Harrison, and Garfield face as you can hear it streets over.
