2 abandoned bikes with flat tires attached to lamp post in front of 106 west Leigh street. Another abandoned bike attached in front of 116 west Leigh. Have been there for over month. Do not belong to any one living in block. Please have 3 bikes removed. Thank you in advance for your prompt service.
