This is easy to fix. This lane gets backed up half way back to Route 46 during the holiday season shopping.

Construction has begun to improve the intersection. Simon Mall is up grading equipment and widening the roadway for better movements. Construction should be completed by December 2010.

Traffic light is being updated to use camera's, will fix this issue. Camera will skip movements when no cars are present.
