Understand the need the need for early pick up during the warm weather months. The shouting back and forth by the collection guys is totally uncalled for at that hour. This complaint is heard around the City. And it's always the garbage guys. The recycling guys are much more respectful. Tone it down! The noise of the trucks is enough. Thank you
