The house (1762 Mincey Ter) across the lot put trash out close to 4 weeks ago. It was never picked up so apparently someone threw it into the woods. Don't the trash people put notices on stuff that they don't pick up? This is a common occurrence at this house.os this not littering or illegal dumping?
