I live in the row of house along the treadwell park at approximately 10th and coates st. There are 2 handicap parking spaces there. Recently there ha e been people parking there that do not have handicap tags. My mother visits my residence and has a handicap tag. And because she unauthorized cars are sometimes there, she has to park further away. Can we get more policing of these handicaped spaces? Thank you
