I live in the Pines Village complex. We have not had the trash from the recycling bin picked up for the past 4 Saturdays. Please correct this problem right away. This is a service we are paying for, but not receiving.

Effective 1/2/2022 our hauler Waste Pro is no longer servicing the blue carts. Your recycling items should be placed in your green cart and they are disposed of at the Wheelabrator Plant where debris is burned and recycled into electricity, that powers the Plant. This change was widely advertised, a letter mailed to each home, printed in two editions of City Connect, posted on City's website and social media, door hanger left at each home, etc. Please contact me should you have any questions- Rose 954 518 9011.

The problem is we were getting three bins picked up a week but now we're only getting two picked up a week. Some people fill them both up. Let's say they're 80 gallons each so that's 240 gallons a week. Now we're only getting 160 gallons a week.
