This is appalling. This house has been neglected for years. Aside from the health issues this house presents the grounds are rarely maintained and is an eye sore. I'm surprised the town allows such a property to exist and for such a long period of time at that. Clearly violates several of the ZBA rules and regs, and in such a beautiful neighborhood!
