Got news for you... there are still plenty of pigeons. Unless you mean it's cranked up so loud the pigeons won't sit right next to it (just use Muzak then). Anyway, it's ill-conceived, ineffective and adds noise pollution to what's supposed to be a historic public square.

I just called Hartford Animal Control and they do not deal with noisy pigeons

Is it still a problem? if so, contact the owner of the building - the pigeons are making a real mess on their ledges - they will want to clean it up and get rid of the pidgeons....

I have found a 10 gauge goose gun to be very effective

OMG, this noise machine was turned off for a few months and was fantastic. Then they turned it back on in October. I work in a building adjacent to Central Row and we have to listen to this noise every day almost ALLLLL day. It's so irritating. I want to call someone but not sure who owns the device!

Aaaaaaah, deal with it...for you know they're pi$$ed at you for knocking their favorite treet down and building where it used to be.
