Beschreibung

The concrete cover on this SFWD meter (or other item) doesn't stay in place and two people have had it flip open when they've stepped on it and been scraped bloody. Cars going in and out and those using the driveway to make U-turns have flipped it open numerous times. Needs to be repaired so it does NOT open.
