Located on west side of path dividing the greenway between Park Presidio Blvd & 14th Avenue, approximately across from 117-119 - 14th Avenue. This couple is there in the daytime and keep their stuff with them while she sits on the grass and he panhandles on the median of Lake St & Park Presidio Blvd. Then they move back into their "cave" for nights. Been going on for months. No police enforcement of panhandling. Garbage and debris building up in park area.
