Installing sidewalks on Blue Ridge Road from Glen Eden Drive to Glenwood Ave has been identified in our Comprehensive Pedestrian Plan as a major street improvement project (meaning that traffic capacity, curb and gutter improvements are needed) and ranks 57 out of 211 projects. No funding has been identified for this project at this time. We'll keep working on it, but funding for this project competes with a number of equally important projects throughout the City.
