The stop lines west-bound on poplar/Girard/south college avenue at the intersection with 25th st northbound have completely worn away making an already difficult intersection even more confusing.

Further afternoon glare from the sun and excessive speed westbound means that many drivers never see the light and end up blowing through the red light when they are west bound on the intersection - poor visibility northbound on 25th makes for a confusing and dangerous combination of poor visibility, high speed, ambiguous stopping and a more than a few near- collisions
